12th July 2011 - Tournament cancelled
It is with regret that I write this note to inform you that due to a number of circumstances beyond our control we have been forced to cancel this years Summer Tournament. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we apologise to all the clubs, teams, players, managers and officials that had entered the tournament.

6th June 2011 - We have finally managed to agree dates for this years tournament which is Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th July. The location will be the same as in previous years, Salisbury Hall.
Registration papers will be available via the 2011 tournament tab within the next couple of days.

Annual Presentation
The Kick-off is at 12:30pm at George Whites ground in Billet Road. Entry is by programme and are available from the team manager Mike or on the gate on the day. This is the first time we have been asked to play on this charity day and it is an honour for the club. Good luck to the under 10's.
Getting ready for next season
We will be starting a weekly training session at Salisbury Hall for years 1,2,3,4,5,and 6 from Saturday 24th April’10. The session will start at 11am and last for approximately 1 hour. The training session will be run by qualified FA Coaches and is aimed at both boys and girls of all abilities. We will be running these sessions throughout the summer and the aim is to enter teams into small sided Summer Tournaments and register and enter teams at all ages in local Sunday morning leagues for the 2010/11 season.
If you are interested please come along any Saturday morning from 24th April’10. The first 2 sessions attended will be free of charge. There will be a £3 charge for each session you attend after that.

25th March'10 - Dan Jolley to run the London Marathon for charity.
Dan Jolley, the Under 9’s co manager and Senior team central defender has been mad enough to sign up and agree to run the London Marathon this year on April 25th.
Dan will be running for the RNID http://www.rnid.org.uk/ (Royal national institute for deaf people). The charity is very close to his heart so any donation would be greatly appreciated. All donations will help Dan to reach the target that he has set himself and would be greatly beneficial to the charity to help not only provide hearing aides but to also research into new ways of helping the deaf.
There are a few ways in which you could donate.
One way is to pay him in cash and sign the donation form the other is pay over the internet with your card on the secure website from Just Giving. 12th January'10 - Quiz Night
Don't forget that this Saturday evening (17th January'10) we are holding a Music Quiz night at Wingrove Hall in Highams Park. Tickets are £5 each and can be paid for on the door or you can get them from your team manager or any other club official. Bring your own drink and nibbles and don't worry if you are on your own as we can sort out teams on the night.
If you came along to the last Quiz you will know what a laugh it is. If this will be your first time then you are in for a treat.
We will be holding a raffle and all proceeds will go towards running the club.

8th January'10 - Games cancelled
All home games this weekend have been cancelled due to the bad weather conditions. Please check with your team manager regarding planned training sessions for this weekend.

19th December'09 - Games cancelled this weekend
As at 5:11pm this evening all home games have been cancelled this weekend as the pitches are frozen and are not safe to play on. The away games for the under 10's as Edmonton, the Under 17's at Eaton Manor and the Seniors at AC Keys are also cancelled. We are waiting to hear from the opposition regarding the game at Wadham.
11th December'09 - London Cup
Congratulations to the under 13's who's opponents in the London Cup quarter final have withdrawn from the competition which means that their next game will be the semi-final.
6th December'09 - All home games cancelled
All scheduled home games for today, Sunday 6th December'09 have been cancelled due to weather conditions.
23rd November'09 - London Cup success
Our under 13's won 3-2 against Senrab yesterday to take them through to the quarter finals of the London Cup. Once again Alan is having a good cup run. Lets hope he can take us all the way to the final again... fingers and everything else crossed..

Players and Managers needed
UNDER 11's - We are still looking for players for our Under 11's team and in particular we need a goal-keeper. This team are playing in the Waltham Forest Youth League on Sunday mornings and train at Salisbury Hall on Saturdays from 10am. Please call Carl on 07976 341 555 if you are interested in playing.
UNDER 17's - We also need a manager/coach for our under 17's team. This team plays in the Cheshunt Youth League on Sunday mornings and train at Salisbury Hall on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm. Please call Dave on 07785 550 860 if you are interested in helping this team out.

19th October'09 - Music Quiz Night
Following the huge success of the last evening we will be holding another Music Quiz Night on Saturday 16th January 2010. The venue will be the same as the last on at The Wingrove Hall, Beech Hall Road, Highams Park, E4. Tickets will be £5 each with any profits going towards running the club. Bring your own drinks and nibbles along with you. There will be prizes for the winners (and the loosers). Talk to your team manager or one of the Club Officials to organise tickets and teams.
6th October'09 - Team Managers needed
If you are interested in getting involved with the management of a team playing Youth Football please contact us as we are desperatelly in need of team managers and officials to work with our squads. In particular we are looking for a Team Manager for our Under 17's team who train on Wednesday evenings on the AstroTurf at Salisbury Hall from 7:30pm. they pleay in the Cheshunt Youth League on Sunday mornings. 20th September'09 - Waltham Forest League
The Waltham Forest League will start this weekend, 27th September'09. This is for our Under 9's, 10's and 11's teams.
7th September'09 - When will the season start ?
The start of the Cheshunt season has been delayed by a week and will now start on Sunday 20th September.
The start of the Waltham Forest League is still to be agreed but we anticipate that it will be either Sunday 20th or Sunday 27th September.
The Essex Sunday Football Combination started on Sunday 6th September. See the match report on the Senior teams page.

Players wanted
We are looking for players at all ages from under 8’s to under 18’s for next season. We are also looking for players for our senior teams playing on both Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings. Please contact us if you want more information
Volunteers needed
Our club operated on a completely voluntary basis. We are in need of volunteers to manage teams, coach teams, assist with the running of teams and to help out with various aspects of club administration. If you or anyone you know is interested in getting involved, at any level and for any amount of time, please contact one of the club officials.
Sponsors needed
We are always in need of sponsors as without them we would struggle to run the club. If you or anyone you know would like to sponsor a team, a match ball or anything else please let one of the club officials know. Please ask your employer, your friends and your family for any help they can give us. We would also like to thank all of our current sponsors for all their help this season.
Referees needed
If you or anyone you know is interested in refereeing games at the weekends please contact the club secretary Mick and let him know of your availability. All match officials are paid for their services in line with FA guidance.
